摘要 以混凝土再生粗骨料和砖再生粗骨料为原料制备一种新型通孔透水砖。实验研究了水灰比、砖再生粗骨料掺量和通孔数量对透水砖抗压强度、劈裂强度以及抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:通孔透水砖具有优异的透水性能和抗冻性能;随着水灰比、砖再生粗骨料掺量以及通孔数量的增加,通孔透水砖的抗压强度和抗冻系数降低,受压破坏时裂缝由四个顶角逐渐向中部延伸;通孔透水砖劈裂强度随着水灰比和砖再生粗骨料掺量的增加而降低,在相同水灰比和砖再生粗骨料掺量下,通孔数量为21个时透水砖的劈裂强度最低。 A new type of permeable brick with through-holes was prepared using concrete and brick recycled coarse aggregates(RCA) as raw material in this paper. The effects of water cement ratio,content of RCA and number of through-holes on the compressive strength,splitting strength and the frost resistance of permeable brick was studied through tests. The results show that :the permeability performance and frost resistance of permeable brick is great,with the increasing of water cement ratio,content of RCA and number of through-holes,the compressive strength and frost resistance coefficient of permeable brick decrease and fissures on the top surface of permeable brick gradually extend to the center of brick from four top corners when permeable brick are pressed. The splitting strength of permeable brick decrease with the increase of water cement ratio and content of RCA,the permeable brick with 21 through-holes has the lowest splitting strength under the same water cement ratio and content of RCA.
