摘要
将河道淤泥制成环保免烧砖,研究了淤泥的活性指数以及掺量在最佳配比碱粉煤灰矿渣体系下对砂浆流动度和力学性能的影响,并估算了单砖成本。结果表明:河道淤泥火山灰活性较低,可能源于其非定型相含量不高。随着淤泥掺量的增加,砂浆流动度下降,且同龄期的力学性能也逐渐降低。当淤泥取代率达60%时,可制得抗压强度达11.4 MPa的河道淤泥免烧砖,其单砖成本相较于对照组降低了47.99%。
The river silt is made into environmentally friendly non-burning bricks. The activity index of the silt and effects of the silt content on fluidity and mechanical properties of the optimized alkali-activated fly ash-slag mortar specimens were analyzed,and meanwhile the cost of a single brick was estimated. The results show that the pozzolanic activity of river silt is not sig-nificant,possibly resulting from the low content of amorphous phases. For mortar specimens with a higher silt content,the fluidity is lower and the mechanical properties of the same age becomes weakened. At a silt replacement ratio of 60%,the river silt non-calcination bricks with a compressive strength of 11.4 MPa can be prepared,and the cost per brick is reduced by 47.99% compared with the control group.
