摘要
将以水性乳液为成膜物质的成膜组份与以硅溶胶为主要组分的渗透组份按一定比例混合,制备出渗透成膜复合型防护涂料,研究了其基本理化性能及对混凝土耐久性能的影响。结果表明,渗透成膜型防护涂料具有良好的渗透性,能够显著提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,明显减小其碳化深度,增强抗冻融性能,从而有效提高混凝土的耐久性。
A permeable film-forming composite protective coating was prepared by mixing the film-forming component with water-based emulsion as the film-forming substance with the permeable component with silica sol as the main component in a certain proportion,and its basic physical and chemical properties and effects on the concrete durability are studied. The results show that the permeable film-forming protective coating has good permeability,can significantly improve the anti-chloride ion permeability of concrete,obviously reduce its carbonization depth,and enhance the anti-freeze-thaw performance,thereby effectively improving the durability of concrete.
