不锈钢穿孔结构在建筑上的应用现状与发展趋势 被引量:3

摘要 不锈钢材料具有强度高、塑韧性好、抗氧化、表面耐腐蚀,不锈钢穿孔板材除保留传统不锈钢材料的优点外,还具有结构质轻、透光通风、吸声和抗震等性能。概述了不锈钢材料的发展和穿孔结构的性能,分析了不锈钢穿孔表皮在建筑物的应用及优点,指出了目前穿孔不锈钢发展中存在的问题,展望了不锈钢穿孔表皮的发展趋势。 Stainless steel material has high strength,good plastic toughness,anti-oxidation,corrosion resistance properties.Stainless steel perforated plate is a new material developed on the basis of stainless steel plate. In addition to retaining the advantages of traditional stainless steel materials,it also has structural light weight,light ventilation,sound absorption and seismic performances. By summarizing the development of stainless steel materials and the performance of perforated structure,this paper analyzes the application and merits of stainless steel perforated skin in buildings and points out the existing problems at present in the development of stainless steel perforated skin. We forecast the development trend of stainless steel perforated skin.
