摘要
研究了3种混凝土增效剂(ATF-5、BTL-7.0和SBT-CS1000)对混凝土力学性能、抗氯离子渗透以及抗碳化性能的影响。结果表明,在水泥用量减少20 kg/m3的情况下,3种增效剂均能改善混凝土的和易性,并保证了混凝土56 d强度的发展。此外,SBTCS1000还能够改善混凝土的抗碳化性能和抗氯离子渗透性能,当SBT-CS1000掺量为0.6%时,混凝土的28 d碳化深度和28 d氯离子扩散系数较对照组分别减小了13.2%、17.6%。
The effects of three concrete synergists(ATF-5,BTL-7.0 and SBT-CS1000) on the mechanical properties,chloride ion penetration resistance and carbonation resistance of concrete were investigated in this paper. The results show that under the condition of reducing the amount of cement by 20 kg/m3,the three synergists can improve the workability of concrete and ensure the development of 56 d strength of concrete. In addition,SBT-CS1000 can improve the carbonation resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete. When the SBT-CS1000 dosage is 0.6%,compared with the control group,the 28 d carbonization depth and 28 d chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete are reduced by 13.2% and 17.6%,respectively.
