摘要
研究了阻泥剂对机制砂混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着含泥量的增加,机制砂混凝土坍落度与扩展度的经时损失变大、凝结时间缩短、强度降低;添加阻泥剂能够有效改善机制砂混凝土的经时损失和施工性能,降低含泥量对机制砂混凝土的不利影响;随着阻泥剂掺量的增加,机制砂混凝土的强度降低;不同品种阻泥剂所造成的影响不同,为确保机制砂混凝土的性能指标,选择对应阻泥剂,合理控制其掺量才能确保机制砂混凝土符合设计要求。
In this paper,the effects of mud blocking agents on the properties of machined sand concrete are studied. The experimental results show that with the increase of the mud content,the time-dependent loss of the machined sand concrete becomes larger,the setting time is shortened,and the strength is reduced. In order to reduce the adverse effects of mud on machine sand concrete,by adding existing mud blocking agents on the market,the time loss and construction performance of machined sand concrete can be effectively improved,but the strength of machine sand concrete is decreased with the increase of the mud blocking a-gents. Different types of mud blocking agents have different effects. In order to ensure the performance index of mechanical sand concrete,choose the corresponding mud blocking agent and control the dosage reasonably to ensure that the machined sand concrete meets the design requirements.
