摘要
在混凝土中分别掺加聚丙烯酸酯乳液、氯丁胶乳、沥青改性胶粉及高性能抗腐蚀剂XY-1制备不同种类聚合物混凝土,研究了聚合物混凝土工作性能、力学性能及耐久性能的变化。试验结果表明:4种聚合物混凝土中,掺加沥青改性胶粉制备的聚合物混凝土性价比最高,对混凝土工作性能影响小,其28 d抗压强度为设计强度的164%,抗硫酸盐干湿循环可达120余次,抗冻融循环可达250余次;且成本较低,仅为普通混凝土的1.5倍。
Different kinds of polymer concrete were prepared by adding polyacrylate emulsion,chloroprene latex,bituminous modified rubber powder and high performance anti-corrosive XY-1,respectively,to study the changes of its working,mechanical performance and durability. The test results showed that the polymer concrete with asphalt modified rubber powder has the highest performance-to-price ratio and has little influence on the concrete performance. Its 28 d compressive strength was 164% of the de-signed strength,and its sulfate resistance could reach more than 120 times,and its freezing-thawing resistance could reach more than 250 times. And the cost was lower,only 1.5 times that of ordinary concrete.
