乳化沥青对水泥冷再生混合料处治效果的研究 被引量:6

摘要 为改善水泥冷再生混合料的强度特性、路用性能与耐久性能,将乳化沥青掺入水泥冷再生混合料中,通过室内试验分析乳化沥青掺量对水泥冷再生混合料性能的影响。SEM分析表明,乳化沥青与水泥水化产物相互缠绕、包裹、交织形成致密的网状结构,改善了再生料与新集料和水泥的界面接触。性能测试结果表明,掺加乳化沥青能显著提高水泥冷再生混合料的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度与弯拉强度;乳化沥青作为次级柔性胶结料,能改善水泥冷再生混合料的抗干缩和温缩性能,提高水泥冷再生混合料的整体强度和疲劳寿命,并降低疲劳寿命对应力水平的敏感性;乳化沥青掺量为3%时水泥冷再生混合料的力学性能与抗疲劳性能最佳。 In order to improve the strength,road performance,and durability of cement cold recycled mixtures,emulsified asphalt was added and the effect of the amount of emulsified asphalt on the properties of cement cold recycled mixtures was analyzed based on laboratory tests.SEM analyse shows that asphalt and cement hydration products are intertwined,wrapped and intertwined to form a dense co-woven network structure,which improves the interface contact relationship between recycled materials and new aggregates and cement.The performance test results show that the addition of emulsified asphalt can significantly increase the unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength and flexural strength of the cold recycled cement mixture,the emulsified asphalt,as a secondary flexible cement,can improve the dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage resistance of the cold recycled cement mixture,improve its overall strength and the fatigue life and reduced the sensitivity of the fatigue life to the stress level.The mechanical properties and anti-fatigue performance of the cold recycled cement mixture is optimized when the emulsified asphalt content is 3%.
