摘要 当前在对医卫类大学毕业生的招聘过程中,出现了招聘会“冷场”的现象。通过调研,对形成这一现象的原因进行探究,得出医卫类大学毕业生就业意识不强是主要原因,认为要加强医卫类大学毕业生就业指导时的人文素质教育,加强课程思政在专业教育过程中的渗透作用,不断增强医卫类大学毕业生的就业意识,寻找就业对策,从而实现更充分的高质量就业。 In the process of employment of medical college graduates,there is a phenomenon of“a cold market”in job fairs.Through investigating the causes of this phenomenon,it is concluded that the lack of employment awareness of medical college graduates is the main reason.The paper holds that for high-quality employment it is necessary to arouse the employment awareness of medical and health college graduates and improve employment guidance and humanistic quality education,strengthen the infiltration effect of curriculum ideologies in the process of professional education,and constantly seek the countermeasures for employment.
