教育信息化产品和服务的生态发展研究

Research on Ecological Development of Educational Informatization Products and Services

随着以互联网技术为代表的信息技术的飞速发展,教育信息化产品和服务日益蓬勃发展,在促进教育信息化发展中起着越来越重要的作用。文章采用案例研究法,选取四个具有代表性的教育信息化产品和服务案例,在深入剖析其在促进教育信息化发展中的地位和作用的基础上,从生态学视角提出健康的教育信息化产品和服务生态系统模型,并从中提炼出一些可行的建议:(1)活跃市场,推广教育产品;(2)统一标准,破除信息孤岛;(3)重塑关系,弥合多元缝隙;(4)构筑生态,实现循环发展业务;(5)明细权责,维护数据安全。

With the rapid development of information technology represented by the Internet technology,educational informatization products and services are developing increasingly,and playing an increasingly important role in promoting the educational informatization.This study adopts the case study method and selects four typical cases of educational informatization products and services.Based on an indepth analysis of its position and role in promoting the development of educational informatization,this paper puts forward a healthy ecosystem model of educational informatization products and services and provides some feasible suggestions:(1)activating the market to promote educational products;(2)unifying standards to break the silo of information;(3)reshaping relationships to bridge the multiple gaps;(4)building an ecosystem to realize circular development business;(5)clarifying rights and responsibilities to maintain data security.
