摘要
论文采用有限元软件对深海用钛合金筒体熔化焊所引入的残余应力和变形进行了数值模拟,分析了焊接顺序对焊后残余应力和变形的影响。结果表明,采用不同的焊接顺序对整体结构变形趋势影响不大,但对起弧、收弧等局部位置的残余应力和变形影响较大。纵缝焊后变形呈现两端上翘,中部下凹;环缝焊后变形呈现接头区域下凹,筒体两端收缩变短。仅从焊后应力和变形的角度考虑,适用于筒体纵缝的焊接顺序为分段跳焊;适用于筒体环缝的焊接顺序为两段反向对称焊。
In this paper,residual stress and deformation of titanium alloy barrel induced by melt welding are simulated with finite element software.The result shows that different welding sequence has little influence on the deformation tendency of the whole structure,but it has great influence on the residual stress of the local position such as arc starting and stopping.After longitudinal seam welding,the deformation appears both ends upturned,and the middle part concaves.After girth welding,the deformation shows that the joint area is concave,and the shrinkage of both ends becomes shorter.From the point of view of post-welding stress and deformation,the welding sequence suitable for the longitudinal seam of the barrel is section skip welding,and the welding sequence suitable for circular seam is two-section reverse symmetric welding.
