Application of PKPM-BIM Software in the Design of Prefabricated Concrete Structure——Taking Assembled Integral Shear Wall Structure as an Example

摘要 基于PKPM-BIM软件,对装配整体式剪力墙公寓楼进行结构设计,借助软件平台信息化优势,完成工程三维建模、结构计算、深化拆分、碰撞检查、预埋件布置和短暂工况验算,再到施工图及计算书、预制构件工艺详图及清单和材料统计表等输出全过程。利用软件构件库实现装配式构件的标准化与模数化,解决了装配式建筑施工中存在的节点连接及钢筋碰撞问题,实现预制构件生产、运输和堆放的数字化管理,提高效率、降低误差、节约资源成本,推动装配式建筑发展。 Based on the PKPM-BIM software, the structure design of prefabricated shear wall apartment building is carried out. With the help of the informatization of the software, the whole process is completed including 3 D modeling, structural calculation, deepening separation, collision inspection, embedded parts layout, short-term working condition checking and calculation, and then the construction drawing, calculation book, process detail drawing and list of the prefabricated components, and material statistical tables are all output. The component library of the software is used to realize the standardization and modularization of prefabricated components. The problems of joint connection and steel bar collision in prefabricated building construction are solved in advance. The digital management of production, transportation and stacking of prefabricated parts has been achieved. The design efficiency is improved, the design errors are reduced, the resources and costs are saved. The development of prefabricated buildings is promoted.
