安徽省普通高校大学生体育素养的现状及影响因素研究 被引量:5

摘要 对安徽省普通高校大学生的体育素养现状和影响因素进行了调查,旨在为安徽省大学生体育素养的培养提供对策建议。结果显示:1)安徽省大学生的体育素养总体水平在中等偏上,各分维度得分从高到低依次为体育品质、体育认知、体育技能、体育行为;整体影响因素对体育素养的影响程度在中等程度,各影响因素的得分从高到低依次为学校因素、自身因素、社会因素、父母因素。2)安徽省大学生的体育认知总体水平在中等偏上,体育品质总体水平在上等水平,体育行为和体育技能总体水平在中等水平,且男大学生在各分维度上得分都显著高于女大学生。3)各因素中社会因素对大学生的体育认知影响最大,自身因素对学生的体育行为、体育品质、体育技能影响最大。 This paper investigates the college students’ physical literacy about current situation and influencing factors in Anhui, aiming at providing countermeasures and Suggestions for the cultivation of college students’ physical literacy. The results show that:(1) The overall level of physical literacy of college students is above the average, and the scores of each dimension from high to low are physical quality, physical cognition, physical skills and physical behavior. The overall influencing factors have a moderate influence on physical literacy, and the scores of the influencing factors from high to low are school factors, personal factors, social factors, and parents factors.(2) The overall level of sports cognition of college students is above the average, the overall level of sports quality is First-class level, the overall level of sports behavior and sports skills are the average level, and the scores of male students are significantly higher than that of female students in all dimensions.(3) Among all factors, social factors have the greatest influence on college students’ sports cognition, and personal factors have the greatest influence on students’ sports behavior, sports quality and sports skills.
