跨海斜拉桥涂层预养护时机选择与技术措施研究

Study on Opportunity Selection and Technical Measures of Coating Preventive Maintenance for Sea-crossing Cable-stayed Bridge

通过资料调研整理与实桥检测结果,研究掌握了跨海斜拉桥钢箱梁及混凝土结构涂层病害特点,并分析了该类桥梁结构涂层病害发展过程和退化规律。运用理论分析和统计方法对涂层劣化进行预测,并在此基础上确定该类桥梁结构涂层预防性养护的最佳时机。根据跨海钢箱梁斜拉桥的结构和环境特点,提出了结构涂层预防性养护的工作内容和维护处治的具体技术措施。通过象山港大桥的应用和验证,进一步优化了跨海斜拉桥结构涂层预防性养护的策略和技术细节。

Through the data research and collation,and according to the detection result of real bridge,the disease characteristics of the coatings of steel box girder and concrete structure of sea-crossing cable-stayed bridge are studied and mastered.The development process and degradation law of coating diseases of this kind of bridge structure are analyzed.The theoretical analysis and statistical methods are used to predict the coating degradation.And on this basis,the best opportunity of the preventive maintenance for the structural coating of this kind of bridge is determined.Based on the structural and environmental characteristics of sea-crossing steel box girder cable-stayed bridge,the working contents of preventive maintenance for the structure coating and the detailed technical measures for maintenance and treatment are put forward.Through the application and verification of Xiangshan Harbor Bridge,the strategies and technical details of preventive maintenance of structural coating for sea-crossing cable-stayed bridges are further optimized.
