The advantages and disadvantages of the application of the reasonable lowest price evaluation method in the bidding activities of construction engineering and municipal engineering in Shanghai are briefly described.How to set a reasonable minimum price and how to better play the role of reasonable minimum price in the bidding activities are preliminarily discussed.Based on the engineering quota of budget,the proposal of reasonable minimum price is determined.Its aim is to provide a new thinking for the reasonable justification of bidding offer in the bidding activities and to make the bidding work more standard.
