摘要
随着单井含水逐渐上升和堵水等增产措施规模开展,油田高效开发管理对水平井控水技术提出了更高的要求。顺序注入泡沫和凝胶的水平井二元堵水技术可以避免目前水平井堵水针对性弱,效果差异大的问题,但其最优模式尚不清楚。针对水平井二元堵水注入模式优化的问题,开展了微观可视化实验和单井级别模拟,微观实验结果显示先注泡沫+后注凝胶模式有助于凝胶后续增油,对应采出程度增加26.1%,显著高于先注凝胶+后注泡沫模式的15.8%;单井级别模拟和微观可视化实验结果吻合,水平段处于非均质储层和趾端存在高渗通道的情况下泡沫+强凝胶堵水效果最佳,且高黏度的凝胶堵塞可以保证二次水驱期间堵剂稳定性,有利于更高的增油效果。因此,对于层内非均质水平井的二元堵水,推荐泡沫+强凝胶的堵水模式。
With the gradual increase of water cut in single well and the scale of stimulation measures such as water shutoff,the high-efficiency development management of oilfield puts forward higher requirements for horizontal well water control technology.Sequential injection of foam and gel horizontal wells two yuan water plugging technology can avoid the problem of weak water plugging and great difference in current horizontal wells,but its optimal mode is not yet clear.Aiming at the optimization of injection mode for two element water injection in horizontal wells,microscopic visualization experiments and single well level simulation were carried out.The results of microscopic experiments show that the first foam injection+post injection gel mode helped gel subsequent oil increase,and the corresponding recovery degree increases by 26.1 percentage points,which is significantly higher than that of the first injection Gel+post injection foam model of 15.8 percentage points.The results show that the foam and strong gel plugging effect is best when the horizontal section is in the heterogeneous reservoir and the toe end has high osmotic channel,and the high viscosity gel plugging can ensure the stability of the plugging agent during the two water drive,and is beneficial to the higher oil increasing effect.Therefore,the foam plus strong gel plugging mode is recommended for two element water plugging in heterogeneous horizontal wells.
