顶驱泥浆连接管焊接工艺

摘要 顶驱上的泥浆连接管是钻井泥浆循环通道的一部分,受结构限制,只能焊接而成。为保证焊接质量,文中分析了70 MPa连接管材料的焊接性能,计算了壁厚,给出了焊接工艺参数,通过焊前预热、控制层间温度及焊后保温等手段,获得了满意的焊缝,也为类似材料的设计及焊接提供了参考。 Top drive mud connection pipe is a part of drilling mud circulation channel,which is limited by the structure and can only be welded.In order to ensure the welding quality,this paper analyzes the welding property of the 70 MPa material,calculates the wall thickness,and gives the welding parameters.By means of preheating before welding,controlling the temperature between layers and post-welding insulation,satisfactory welds were obtained,which also provides reference for the design and welding of similar materials.
