摘要
通过建立扭转弹簧的力学分析模型,利用曲梁的弯曲理论,给出了考虑钢丝直径与扭簧回转直径之比效应的、扭簧刚度计算表达式。为检验扭簧刚度计算表达式,开展了扭簧扭转刚度的试验测量和有限元数值仿真计算研究,从6组试验测量和有限元计算结果来看,扭簧刚度计算表达式的计算结果与试验和有限元结果吻合的很好,反映了新建立的扭簧刚度计算表达式可靠性,其结果可为扭簧的刚度设计提供计算依据。
In establishing the mechanical analysis model of torsion spring and using the bending theory of curved beam,the calculation expression of torsional spring stiffness considering the ratio effect of steel wire diameter and torsion spring rotation diameter was proposed.In order to check the calculation expression of torsional spring stiffness,the experimental measurement and finite element numerical simulation calculation of torsional spring stiffness were carried out.According to the results of six groups of test measurement and finite element calculation,the calculation results of torsional spring stiffness calculation formula were in good agreement with the test and finite element results,which reflects the reliability of the new calculation expression of torsional spring stiffness,and the result could be the stiffness of torsion spring.Therefore,the design provides calculation basis.
