超高压液压发生装置控制系统仿真与试验研究

摘要 超高压液压技术在新材料开发、地球科学和石油化工等研究领域具有广泛应用。基于现有超高压液压发生装置,开发了相应的控制系统,对其进行了仿真分析与试验验证。根据控制需求分析确定了控制系统的整体方案;在MatLab/Simulink中建立了控制系统的数学模型;采用PID控制策略,通过仿真试验研究了其输出特性,得到控制系统的控制误差。根据控制系统方案,搭建了控制系统样机,试验结果与仿真结果基本吻合,表明控制系统能够达到设计要求。 Ultra-high pressure hydraulic technology is widely used in new material development,geoscience,petrochemical and other research fields.Based on the existing ultra-high pressure hydraulic generating device,the corresponding control system was developed,and simulation analysis and experimental verification were carried out.The overall scheme of the control system was determined according to the analysis of the control requirements.The mathematical model of the control system is established in MatLab/Simulink.Using PID control strategy,the output characteristics are studied through simulation experiments,and the control error of the control system is obtained.According to the control system scheme,a prototype of the control system was built,and the test results were basically consistent with the simulation results,which shows that the control system can meet the design requirements.
