摘要 制备了水中锂成分分析标准物质。对高纯碳酸锂纯度进行测定,以高纯碳酸锂、高纯盐酸和三次纯化水为原料,采用重量-容量法制备水中锂成分分析标准物质。分别采用F检验和直线拟合法对研制的标准物质进行均匀性检验和稳定性考察。结果表明,研制的水中锂成分分析标准物质具有很好的均匀性和短期及长期稳定性,标准值为100μg/mL,相对扩展不确定度Urel=1%(k=2)。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法与国内同类标准物质比对,表明该标准物质量值准确且具有溯源性。 The reference materials for lithium analysis in water were prepared.The purity of high-purity lithium carbonate was determined.High-purity lithium carbonate,high-purity hydrochloric acid and tertiary purified water were used as raw materials,the reference materials for lithium composition analysis in water were prepared by weight volume method.F test and linear fitting method were used to test the homogeneity and stability of the reference materials.The results showed that the developed reference material for lithium analysis in water had good uniformity,short-term and long-term stability.The standard value was 100μg/mL,and the relative expanded uncertainty Urel=1%(k=2).The comparison of ICP-AES with similar reference materials in China shows that the quality value of the standard substance is accurate and traceable.
