无水肼中铁含量标准物质研制

摘要 研究无水肼铁含量标准物质的制备方法以及分装工艺。以高纯无水肼为原料,氯化亚铁溶液作为添加试剂制备标准物质,采用原子吸收法对制备的无水肼铁含量标准物质候选物的均匀性和稳定性进行了初检。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对样品进行定值分析。无水肼中铁系列标准物质定值结果分别为3.049~25.64μg/g,定值结果的扩展不确定度为0.088~0.42μg/g。研制的无水肼铁含量系列标准物质不经预处理,可直接检测无水肼中铁含量,简便快速,提高了无水肼中铁含量测定的准确度和测试效率。 The preparation method and packing process of anhydrous hydrazine iron content reference material were studied.High purity anhydrous hydrazine was used as raw material,ferrous chloride solution was used as additive reagent to prepare reference material.The homogeneity and stability of the prepared anhydrous hydrazine iron content reference material candidate was preliminarily tested by atomic absorption spectrometry.The samples were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The values of the serial iron standard materials was 3.049-25.64μg/g.The expanded uncertainty was 0.088-0.42μg/g.The serial iron standard materials were employed to determine the iron content in hydrazine without pretreatment,which was simple and fast.The accuracy and efficiency were improved dramatically by using the standard materials of iron content in hydrazine.
