摘要
采用重量-容量法逐级稀释配制砷、锑系列溶液标准物质,以配制值作为标准值,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行量值核验,并对定值过程中的不确定度来源进行分析计算,合成计算总不确定度。通过制备方法控制、样品均匀性检验和稳定性检验,分别制得1.00,5.00,10.0,20.0 ng/mL的砷、锑混合溶液标准物质,该系列混合溶液标准物质的相对扩展不确定度均为Urel=3%(k=2)。该标准物质与国内同类标准物质性能相当,符合国家二级标准物质的技术要求,能够用于原子荧光光度计的检定。
A series of solution reference materials were prepared by the method of weight volume dilution step by step.The prepared value was taken as the standard value.The measurement value was verified by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The sources of uncertainty in the determination process were analyzed and calculated,and the total uncertainty was calculated.The relative expanded uncertainty(Urel)of the reference material was evaluated as 3%(k=2)after preparation method control,sample homogeneity test and stability test.The performance of the reference material developed is equivalent to that of the same kind of reference material in China,which meets the technical requirements of the national secondary reference material,and it can be used for the verification of atomic fluorescence photometer.
