摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定冶炼炉渣中氧化镧、氧化铈的含量。采用质量比为2∶1的无水碳酸钠和硼酸作为混合试剂,于950℃马弗炉中,对样品熔融10 min,并用5%的盐酸体系浸取试验样品,分别于波长446.021,384.901 nm对铈和镧进行分析。氧化镧、氧化铈的质量浓度在0.1%~15%范围内与发射强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9995和0.9998,检出限分别为0.0009%,0.0003%。测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为0.52%,0.72%(n=6),各元素的加标回收率为99.3%~100.7%。该方法简便快速,准确度高,能够满足科研生产需求。
A method for the determination of lanthanum oxide and cerium oxide in smelting slag by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established.Using anhydrous sodium carbonate and boric acid with mass ratio of 2∶1 as mixed reagent,the sample was melted in a muffle furnace at 950℃for 10 min,and the test sample was extracted with 5%hydrochloric acid system.Cerium and lanthanum were analyzed at the wavelength of 446.021,384.901 nm.The linear relationship between the concentration of lanthanum oxide and cerium oxide was good in the range of 0.1%-15%,the correlation coefficients were 0.9995 and 0.9998,and the detection limits were 0.0009%and 0.0003%,respectively.The relative standard deviations of the determination results were 0.52%and 0.72%(n=6),respectively.and the recoveries were 99.3%-100.7%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can meet the needs of scientific research and production.
