摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法快速测定钛合金中铝、铬、钼、钒4种元素法的含量。采用(1+1)硫酸溶解样品,滴加硝酸,定容至200 mL容量瓶中。4种元素的质量浓度在0~50 mg/L范围内与强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999,检出限为0.0020~0.0052 mg/L。测定值与标准值基本相符,误差为0.02%~0.12%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.42%~2.3%(n=6),样品加标回收率为96.0%~103.5%。该方法简便、快速,可以实现多元素的快速测定。
The contents of aluminum,chromium,molybdenum and vanadium in titanium alloy were determined by inductively coupled plasma optica emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).Dissolve the sample with(1+1)sulfuric acid,add nitric acid dropwise,and fix the volume to a 200 mL volumetric flask.The mass concentration of the four elements was linear in the range of 0-50 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.999,and the detection limits were 0.0020-0.0052 mg/L.The measured values were basically consistent with the standard values,and the errors were 0.02%-0.12%,the relative standard deviations were 0.42%-2.3%(n=6),and the recoveries were 96.0%-103.5%.The method is simple and rapid,which can be used for the rapid determination of multi elements.
