摘要
建立锌酸盐镀锌溶液中氢氧化钠、硅酸钠和碳酸钠的连续快速测定方法。以等物质的量的乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)掩蔽氧化锌,用酚酞和甲基红-次甲基蓝作指示剂,用盐酸标准滴定溶液分三步滴定。根据每一次滴定终点消耗盐酸标准滴定溶液的体积,可分别计算氢氧化钠、硅酸钠和碳酸钠的含量。氢氧化钠测定:方法的相对标准偏差为0.58%,相对偏差为1.09%;硅酸钠测定:方法的相对标准偏差为0.94%,相对偏差为1.32%;碳酸钠测定:方法的相对标准偏差为1.06%,相对偏差为0.18%。该方法操作方便,快速,环保。
The method for determination of sodium hydroxide,sodium silicate and sodium carbonate in the zincate galvanized solution was established.Zinc oxide was masked with equal amounts of EDTA,phenolphthalein and methyl red-methylene blue were used as indicator,it was titrated with hydrochloric acid standard titration solution in three steps.The content of sodium hydroxide,sodium silicate and sodium carbonate was calculated according to each volume of consumption of hydrochloric acid standard titration solution of titration end point,respectively.Determination of sodium hydroxide:the relative standard deviation of the method was 0.58%and the relative deviation was 1.09%.Determination of sodium silicate:the relative standard deviation of the method was 0.94%and the relative deviation was 1.32%.Determination of sodium carbonate:the relative standard deviation of the method is 1.06%,and the relative deviation is 0.18%.This method is easy to operate,fast and environmental friendly.
