摘要 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定含FOX-7的不敏感发射药中4种组分硝基胍(NQ)、1,1-二氨基-2,2-二硝基乙烯(FOX-7)、硝化二乙二醇(DEGDN)、II号中定剂(C2)的含量。试样用水浸润后以丙酮溶解,进行色谱分析,紫外检测波长为210 nm,色谱柱为Cl8柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(60∶40)。NQ,FOX-7,DEGDN及C2的质量浓度分别在0.05~1.32,0.02~1.28,0.02~1.25,0.002~0.12 g/L时分别与对应色谱峰面积线性相关。4种化合物的加标回收率为99.4%~100.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.71%~1.25%(n=8)。该方法准确、实用,可行性高,对发射药生产合成及质量控制有一定的指导作用。 RP-HPLC was applied to the determination of 4 components including nitroguanidine(NQ),1,1-diamino-2,2-dinitroethene(FOX-7),diethylene glycol dinitrate(DEGDN),centralite(C2)in the insensitive gun propellant containing FOX-7.The sample was moisted with water,dissolved in acetone,and separated in Agilent column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),and a mixture of CH3CN-H2O(60∶40)as mobile phase.The contents of the 4 components were determined at the wavelength of 210 nm.Linear relationships between the chromatographic peak area and mass concentration of NQ,FOX-7,DEGDN and C2 were kept in ranges of 0.05-1.32,0.02-1.28,0.02-1.25 and 0.002-0.12 g/L,respectively.The recoveries by standard addition method were 99.4%-100.2%,and the relative standard deviations of test results were 0.71%-1.25%(n=8).The method is accurate,practical and feasible,and has a certain guiding role in the production,synthesis and quality control of propellants.
