Calibration of pH for salt spray test chamber

对国军标盐雾试验箱pH校准进行了探讨。通过对盐雾试验标准分析以及与国军标盐雾试验标准比对,提出了以盐雾箱不同区域的盐雾的pH值校准作为考核盐雾箱盐雾试验结果准确性与稳定性的技术指标,在环境试验箱校准规范的基础上,结合了地方版的盐雾试验箱校准规范,使用了专门用于盐雾箱校准的盐雾pH值测定仪。采用这种pH值测定仪和新的标准,可以满足盐雾试验对pH值的要求、盐雾试验结果稳定性的考核,判断盐雾试验箱标准中材料是否能对盐雾试验结果产生影响,还可以按GJB 150.11A规定的在(35±2)℃试验条件下测量收集液pH值的要求,即以pH测量结果保持在6.5~7.2之间为盐雾试验箱合格的技术指标之一。

The calibration of pH value of salt spray test chamber was discussed.Based on the analysis of the salt spray test standard and the comparison with the military standard,the pH value calibration of the salt spray in different areas of the salt spray box was taken as the technical index to assess the accuracy and stability of the salt spray test results.On the basis of the environmental test box calibration specification,combined with the local version of the salt spray test box calibration specification,the salt spray pH meter specially used for the salt spray box calibration was used.This pH meter and the new standards could meet the requirements of salt spray test on pH,assessment of the stability of salt spray test results,it can judge whether the material in the standard of salt spray test chamber can influence the results of salt spray test,the pH value of the collection solution can also be measured under(35±2)℃test conditions specified by GJB 150.11A,that is,keeping the pH measurement result between 6.5 and 7.2 is one of the qualified technical indexes of the salt spray test chamber.
