烟雾场透过率测试系统的响应特性分析及校准

摘要 对烟雾场透过率测试系统的响应特性进行了分析,并设计了一种基于薄膜偏光片的快速校准装置。基于烟雾场透过率测试系统的组成及原理,分别分析了测试系统的光强-灰度响应特性和透过率响应特性的主要影响因素,提出利用区域覆盖率、区域均值灰度、区间宽度对比度对透过率响应特性进行评价,针对两者差异对现有系统校准方法进行分析和改进。设计了一种基于薄膜偏光片的快速校准装置,实现了对系统响应特性的快速分析以及校准,可以有效地提高装置测试结果的准确性。 The response characteristics of the smoke field transmittance measurement system were analyzed,and a fast calibration device based on thin film polarizer was designed.Based on the composition and principle of the smoke field transmittance test system,the main influencing factors of the light intensity gray response characteristics and transmittance response characteristics of the test system were analyzed respectively.It was proposed to evaluate the transmission response characteristics by using the area coverage,area mean gray level,interval width contrast,and the existing system calibration methods were analyzed and improved according to the differences between the two.A fast calibration device based on thin-film polarizer was designed,which could quickly analyze and calibrate the response characteristics of the system,which could effectively improve the accuracy of the device test results.
