摘要
建立了激光光散射-凝胶渗透色谱联用系统的校准方法。色谱柱为HT3+HT4型凝胶渗透色谱柱,柱温为25℃,流动相为四氢呋喃,流量为1.0 mL/min,采用聚苯乙烯作为标准样品进行试验。测定结果相对偏差的绝对值不大于10%,重复性(相对标准偏差)小于5%(n=6)。当聚苯乙烯相对分子质量为177670时,不确定度为10600(k=2)。该方法操作简便、快速,可用于激光光散射仪与凝胶渗透色谱联用系统的校准。
The calibration method of laser light scattering-gel permeation chromatography was established.The chromatographic column was type of HT3+HT4 gel permeation chromatographic column,the column temperature was 25℃,the flow solvent was THF with the rate of 1.0 mL/min,and polystyrene was as the standard sample.The relative error was less than±10%,the relative standard deviation of the detection results was less than 5%(n=6).When the relative molecular mass of polystyrene was 177670,the uncertainty was 100660(k=2).The method is rapid,and it is suitable for calibration of laser light scattering-gel permeation chromatography,achieving the tracing of measuring parameter to the social benchmarks.
