摘要
本研究针对现有轨道车辆用地板布焊接故障,以PVC地板布为研究对象,模拟现车施工过程,通过调控焊接机出风口温度考察焊条热熔温度对PVC地板布焊接接头性能的影响。结果表明,当焊接机温度档位为4.5时,焊条可充分填满焊缝,并与地板布缝边熔接良好,所得焊接接头具有较高的拉伸强度,且性能稳定。热熔温度偏低或偏高均会对地板布焊缝熔接效果产生不利影响。
Focusing on current faults concerning the floor cloth welding for railway vehicles,the actual welding construction process was simulated in this study with using PVC floor cloth as the raw material.The effects of hot-melting temperature on properties of PVC floor cloth welded joints were investigated through adjusting the outlet temperature of welding machine.The results indicated that the welding line can be fully filled by welding rods at temperature gear of 4.5,where good fusions between welding rods and floor cloth weld edges can be found.Welded joints with higher tensile strength and stable performance were obtained at the above temperature gear.Moreover,the inappropriate hot-melting temperatures possessed adverse effects on the floor cloth weld fusion.
