摘要
在LNG液化冷凝模块中,一旦超低温储罐发生泄漏,产生的火灾或冷飞溅都会使钢结构失效,甚至导致灾难性事故的发生。文中所述防冷飞溅涂层系统(CSP)是在防冷飞溅类型涂层表面涂覆被动防火类型涂料,既可以降低火灾传导速率,同时还可以防止冷飞溅液体导致的钢材脆化。本文结合工作情况,论述了防冷飞溅涂层系统在项目建设过程中出现的涂层开裂问题,对涂装工艺进行了优化和效果验证。
In LNG liquefaction module,once the ultra-low temperature storage tank leaks,the steel structure will be failure by the fire or cold spill,which even leads to the catastrophic accident.In this paper,the cold spill protection(CSP)system is the passive fire-protection coating applied on the surface of the cold spill protection coating,which not only retards the rate of flame propagation,but also prevents the steel embrittlement caused by cold spill.Furthermore,this article discusses the cracking problem of CSP during the construction and verifies the effect of coating system optimization.
