摘要
2018年5、9月,在建溪流域设置4个采样点对调查水样的浮游植物特征数据进行处理与分析。结果表明:建溪水域共鉴定出浮游植物6门43属58种,主要以硅藻、绿藻为主;浮游植物的细胞密度平均值为2.10×10^5 ind/L,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)、Pielou均匀度指数(J)平均值分别为3.27、0.76;根据浮游植物密度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数水质评价标准,水体水质分别处于为贫营养、轻或无污染、轻污染状态,表明建溪流域水质总体状况良好。
This study mainly investigated and analyzed the phytoplankton community structure in Jianxi River Basin in May and September 2018.According to results,a total of 58 species belonging to 43 genera and 6 phyla were identified in Jianxi River Basin,mainly diatoms and green algae.The average cell density of phytoplankton in Jianxi watershed was 2.10×10^5 ind/L.The Shannon diversity index H′and Pielou evenness index J were 3.27 and 0.76,respectively.The water quality was light-medium pollution.The water quality of Jianxi River Basin was in good condition.
