摘要 文章依据PDM、ERP和MES集成基本理论和原则,以造船企业船舶分段精益建造管控的需求为出发点,以设计为源头,以统一数据源建设为目标,实现车间执行制造系统MES与PDM、上游设计平台的集成开发,为车间生产管理提供完整准确的设计数据,推进MES系统在造船企业的有效应用,提升车间生产管理水平。为同类船厂实现车间管理模式向数字化和智能化转变提供有效的实施方案。 Based on the basic theory and principle of integration of PDM,ERP and MES,the demand of shipbuilding enterprise's segmented lean construction control is taken as the starting point,the design is taken as the source,the unified data source construction is taken as the goal,the integrated development of MES,PDM and upstream design platform of workshop execution manufacturing system are realized.Complete and accurate design data is provided to workshop production management,which promotes the effective application of MES system in shipbuilding enterprises and improves workshop production management level.It provides an effective implementation plan for similar shipyards to realize the transformation of workshop management mode to digitalization and intelligence.
