心房颤动(AF)是成人中最常见的心律失常,其发病率和患病率随年龄增长而增加。另外,认知障碍和痴呆症的发生风险也随着年龄的增长而增加,已有研究显示,房颤与认知障碍存在相关性。临床中房颤引起的认知能力下降或痴呆并不少见,其可能涉及多种机制。本文主要对房颤与认知障碍的相关性以及房颤引起认知障碍的机制进行综述,旨在为房颤引发认知障碍的诊疗提供参考。

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is the most common arrhythmia in adults,and its incidence and prevalence increase with age.In addition,the risk of cognitive impairment and dementia also increases with age.Studies have shown that there is a correlation between atrial fibrillation and cognitive impairment.Cognitive decline or dementia caused by atrial fibrillation is not uncommon in clinical practice,and it may involve multiple mechanisms.This article mainly reviews the relationship between atrial fibrillation and cognitive impairment and the mechanism of cognitive impairment caused by atrial fibrillation,aiming to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of cognitive impairment caused by atrial fibrillation.
