小儿温法推拿联合中药治疗过敏性咳嗽的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Children's Warming Massage Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on Allergic Cough

目的观察小儿温法推拿联合中药治疗过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效,为小儿过敏性咳嗽的中西医结合治疗提供参考。方法选择2018年5月~2019年5月我院收治的80例过敏性咳嗽患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予小儿温法推拿配合中药治疗;比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后患儿红外皮温下督脉的温度及血清IgE水平。结果观察组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组督脉红外皮温均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清IgE水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上,以温法推拿配合中药治疗过敏性咳嗽临床疗效确切,可有效提高小儿督脉温度,改善小儿血清IgE水平,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pediatric warming massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic cough,and to provide reference for the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of pediatric allergic cough.Methods 80 children with allergic cough admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given children's warm massage combined with Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the control group;the clinical efficacy,the temperature of the governor vessel under the infrared skin temperature and the serum IgE level of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 72.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the infrared skin temperature of the two groups of Governor Vessels increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum IgE level of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the clinical effect of warming massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic cough was definite,which could effectively increase the temperature of the children's governor channel and improve the level of serum IgE in children.It was worthy of clinical application.
