Non-linear Interpretation of TCM Five Elements Thinking in Treatment of Drug-resistant Tuberculosis

混沌理论的非线性思维可为解释中医的治疗思路提供不同的思维方式与科学方法论。本文主要采用非线性的思维来重新阐释培土生金的经典理论在耐药性肺结核中的运用,根据布尔网模型和控制论原理将五行间的相生关系和“培土生金”这一原理画出五元素布尔网的动力学图像,并通过改善治疗的初始条件,即在补脾益肺、健脾和胃等体现培土生金的方法治疗下,使机体恢复阴阳状态,进而促使耐药性肺结核这一无序的混沌状态向有序的状态发展。

The nonlinear thinking of Chaos Theory can provide different ways of thinking and scientific methodology for explaining the treatment thinking of Chinese medicine.This article mainly adopts nonlinear thinking to reinterpret the application of the classic theory of cultivating soil to produce gold in drug-resistant tuberculosis.According to the Boolean net model and the principle of cybernetics,the relationship between the five elements and the principle of"cultivating soil to produce gold"are drawn.The dynamic image of the five-element Boolean net,and by improving the initial conditions of treatment,that is,the body is restored to the state of yin and yang under the treatment of strengthening the spleen and lungs,strengthening the spleen and stomach,which reflects the cultivation of earth and gold,thereby promoting drug-resistant tuberculosis this chaotic state of disorder develops into an orderly state.
