摘要 目的比较多排螺旋CT(CTU)与静脉肾盂造影(IVP)在泌尿系统疾病成像的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2016年8月~2017年3月遵义医科大学附属医院38例经手术或临床证实的泌尿系病变患者的影像学资料,分析CTU与IVP检查情况。结果IVP:正常5例,肾结石5例,输尿管结石伴肾盂积水扩张4例,7例肾盂显示欠佳,5例肾盏显示欠佳,8例输尿管显示欠佳,1例膀胱显示欠佳,达不到诊断要求的3例。CTU:正常2例,肾癌2例,肾良性占位4例,肾结石7例,输尿管结石伴肾盂积水扩张6例,膀胱占位2例,前列腺病变3例,肾单发、多发囊肿10例,单肾萎缩2例。结论CTU在显影质量上优于常规IVP,且对疾病的诊断准确率高于IVP。 Objective To compare the application value of multi-slice spiral CT(CTU)and intravenous pyelography(IVP)in imaging of urinary system diseases.Methods A retrospective analysis of the imaging data of 38 patients with urinary system disease confirmed by operation or clinically in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from August 2016 to March 2017,and the status of CTU and IVP examinations were analyzed.Results IVP:5 cases of normal,5 cases of kidney stones,4 cases of ureteral stones with hydronephrosis dilatation,7 cases of renal pelvis showed poor,5 cases of renal calyx showed poor,8 cases of ureter showed poor,1 case of bladder showed poor,3 cases failed to meet the diagnostic requirements.CTU:2 cases of normal,2 cases of renal cancer,4 cases of benign kidney masses,7 cases of kidney stones,6 cases of ureteral stones with hydronephrosis dilatation,2 cases of bladder masses,3 cases of prostate disease,single kidney and multiple cysts 10 cases and 2 cases of single kidney atrophy.Conclusion CTU was superior to conventional IVP in imaging quality,and its diagnostic accuracy rate was higher than IVP.
