摘要
目的探讨血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平与冠心病冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法选取2019年9~12月我院接受治疗的100例冠心病患者作为冠心病组,根据冠状动脉病变程度分为轻微病变、轻中度病变、中度病变、中重度病变、重度病变、极重度病变,另选取31例同期在我院健康体检者31名作为健康对照组,比较冠心病组不同冠状动脉病变程度患者冠脉Gensini积分,冠心病组与健康对照组Lp-PLA2水平,并分析其与冠心病冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。结果冠心病组中冠状动脉轻微病变者23例,轻中度病变者21例,中度病变者17例,中重度病变者19例,重度病变者11例,极重度病变者9例;其中轻微病变者冠脉Gensini积分低于轻中度病变者、中度病变者、中重度病变者、重度病变者、极重度病变者(P<0.05);极重度病变者Lp-PLA2水平最高,重度病变者、中重度病变者、中度病变者、轻中度病变者、轻微病变者、健康对照组次之,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,Lp-PLA2水平与冠脉Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.841,P<0.05)。结论Lp-PLA2与冠心病冠状动脉病变程度存在一定相关性,临床可通过检测Lp-PLA2评估冠心病患者冠状动脉的狭窄程度。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the level of plasma lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and the severity of coronary artery disease in coronary heart disease.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease who received treatment in our hospital from September to December 2019 were selected as the coronary heart disease group.According to the degree of coronary artery disease,it was divided into mild disease,mild to moderate disease,moderate disease,moderate to severe disease,severe disease,and extremely severe disease.Another 31 cases were selected during the same period in our hospital who received routine health examination and proved to be healthy.Volunteers as a healthy control group compared the coronary Gensini scores of patients with different coronary artery lesions in the coronary heart disease group,the Lp-PLA2 levels in the coronary heart disease group and the healthy control group,and analyzed its correlation with the coronary artery lesions of coronary heart disease.Results In the coronary heart disease group,there were 23 cases of mild coronary artery disease,21 cases of mild to moderate disease,17 cases of moderate disease,19 cases of moderate to severe disease,11 cases of severe disease,and 9 cases of extremely severe disease;among them,there were mild disease.The coronary Gensini scores were lower than those with mild to moderate lesions,moderate lesions,moderate to severe lesions,severe lesions,and extremely severe lesions(P<0.05);Lp-PLA2 for extremely severe lesions level was the highest,followed by patients with severe disease,moderate to severe disease,moderate disease,mild to moderate disease,mild disease,and healthy control group(P<0.05);Pearson correlation Sexual analysis showed that the level of Lp-PLA2 was positively correlated with the coronary Gensini score(r=0.841,P<0.05).Conclusion There was a certain correlation between the level of Lp-PLA2 and the degree of coronary artery disease in coronary heart disease.Clinically,the level of Lp-PLA2 could be used to assess the degree of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease.
