Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of Henoch-Sch nlein Purpura

过敏性紫癜(HSP)是最常见的血管炎之一,累及多系统,危害较大,大部分患者起病时首发症状较轻,容易被忽视,当出现持续性血尿、蛋白尿时往往病情已加重。因此,尽早诊断并有效治疗HSP及其并发症具有重要的临床意义。目前HSP的诊断主要采用国内外的各种分类标准及共识,治疗需根据患者的具体情况个体化用药,治疗手段多种多样,但已知的治疗手段远未达到预期目标。目前越来越多的研究为HSP的诊断及治疗积累了经验、方法及证据,通过不断总结诊疗情况,以及研究成果中的不足,进一步改善患者的预后。

Henoch-Sch nlein purpura(HSP)is one of the most common vasculitis,involving multiple systems,with great harm.The initial symptoms of most patients are mild,easy to ignore.When there is persistent hematuria,proteinuria,it means that the condition is aggravated.Therefore early diagnosis and effective treatment of HSP and its complications are of great clinical significance.The current diagnosis adopts various classification criteria and consensus at home and abroad.The treatment is individualized according to the patient′s specific situation,with various selections,but the known methods are still far from the expected goal.At present,more and more studies have accumulated experience,methods and evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of HSP,and the prognosis can be improved by continuously summarizing the diagnosis and treatment situation,as well as the deficiency in the research results.
