基于CiteSpace的秀丽隐杆线虫衰老研究可视化分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过可视化分析探索2004—2018年衰老领域中关于秀丽隐杆线虫的主要研究方向及热点。方法检索Web of science核心合集(SCIE)数据库中2004—2018年相关文献,应用CiteSpaceV5.4.R3进行研究机构、国家合作关系、关键词共现分析,对作者、文献、期刊共被引进行可视化分析。结果共获得3944篇文献,年均发文量接近250篇,2017—2018年达到近15年来的引文峰值。在该领域做出主要贡献的国家是美国、英国、德国,最高产的机构为美国的哈佛大学,Holzenberger M、Kenyon C、Tatar M、Bartke A、Kaeberlein M是该领域的领军人物,被引频次最高的期刊是Nature。热点关键词为寿命控制、健康老龄化、抗氧化应激性、线粒体功能、线粒体自噬等,可形成16个聚类群。结论应用CiteSpace对衰老研究领域中与秀丽隐杆线虫相关的文献进行分析,展示出了目前合作的国家和机构,揭示了研究的热点,为后续研究提供了参考,对衰老机制和抗衰老方法的研究具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the main research directions and hot spots of C.elegans in the field of aging in the 2004 to 2018 by visual analysis.Methods The relevant literatures from 2004 to 2018 in the Web of Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE)database were retrieved,and CiteSpaceV5.4.R3 was applied to conduct research institutions,national cooperation,keyword co-occurrence analysis,and conduct visual analysis on the authors,literature and journal co-citation.Results A total of 3944 articles were obtained,with an average annual publication volume of nearly 250 articles,reaching the citation peak of the past 15 years from 2017 to 2018.The countries that have made major contributions in this field are the USA,the UK and Germany.The most prolific institution is Harvard University in the USA.Holzenberger M,Kenyon C,Tatar M,Bartke A and Kaeberlein M are leaders in this field with significant influence.The most cited journal is Nature.The key words are:Life span control,healthy aging,antioxidant stress,mitochondrial function,mitochondrial autophagy,etc.,which can form 16 clusters.Conclusion Applying CiteSpace to analyze the literatures related to C.elegans in the field of aging research,reveals the current cooperative countries and institutions,the research hotspots,and provides references for follow-up research,which is of certain significance for the research on aging mechanism and anti-aging methods.
