摘要
中枢神经系统损伤通常会导致明显的运动功能障碍,需要探索安全有效的手段,发展形式多样的康复治疗方案,以获得更佳的治疗效果。低氧适应对神经修复有重要作用,是一种潜在的康复手段,有研究发现其可通过神经再生及成熟、血管新生和神经网络重建,在神经系统损伤后促进运动功能恢复。该文从低氧适应促进运动功能恢复的机制、方案和效果等方面进行综述,探索其应用的适应证、方法和有效性。
The central nervous system injury usually causes obvious motor deficits.It is necessary to explore safe and effective means and develop various forms of rehabilitation treatment to achieve better therapeutic effect.As a promising therapy,hypoxic conditioning plays an important role in neurorepair.It is proven that hypoxic conditioning facilitates the motor recovery through improvement of neurogenesis,angiogenesis and neural network remodeling.In this article,we reviewed the mechanism,protocol and effect of hypoxic conditioning in promoting motor function recovery,aiming to explore the indications,applications and effectiveness of the treatment.
