摘要
成圈结构叶片的频率特性与叶片的运行安全性紧密相关。对于成圈结构叶片,围带工作面过盈量或间隙的选取会直接影响到其接触区域的大小,进而影响到叶片的成圈连接刚性,最终影响其成圈频率特性。文章针对不同的围带工作面接触区域,通过有限元分析其对成圈结构叶片频率特性的影响;并通过对有限元分析结果的对比,得出成圈结构叶片围带工作面接触区域对其成圈频率影响的变化规律,为成圈结构叶片频率安全性评估与优化设计提供理论支持。
Frequency characteristic of integral blade is closely related to security for blade.For the integral blade,the selection of the interference or gap of shroud contact surface can directly influence contact areas of the adjacent shrouds,then influence the connection rigidity of integral blade,finally influence the frequency characteristic of blade.In this paper,frequency characteristics are analyzed for different shroud contact areas with the finite element method.Contrasting the calculating results,change law of influence for different shroud contact areas on frequency of integral blade is obtained which provides the theoretical support for the frequency safety evaluation and optimal design of the integral blade.
