马铃薯糖苷生物碱和芦荟蒽醌类的提取及其治疗静脉炎的作用 被引量:1

Extraction of potato glycoalkaloids and aloe anthraquinones and its effect on the treatment of phlebitis in mice

摘要 目的探讨马铃薯糖苷生物碱和芦荟蒽醌类物质的提取方法及其联合使用对静脉炎的治疗效果。方法利用超声提取马铃薯糖苷生物碱和芦荟蒽醌类物质,将提取物按1∶1质量浓度配置成待试药。将32只昆明小鼠连续3 d尾静脉注射5-氟尿嘧啶建立静脉炎模型,随机分成4组,即对照组、模型组、硫酸镁组及待试药组,每组8只。硫酸镁组和待试药组分别湿敷50%硫酸镁和待试药液,对照组和模型组湿敷等体积生理盐水,并观察鼠尾肿胀程度和形态学变化。结果与对照组相比,模型组鼠尾肿胀度显著增加,尾静脉病理形态学显示血管壁变厚,炎性细胞增多,硫酸镁和待试药湿敷后第2,3天鼠尾肿胀度和血管壁变厚均显著减轻(P<0.05)。结论马铃薯糖苷生物碱和芦荟蒽醌类物质联合使用能有效减轻化疗性静脉炎。 Objective To explore the extract method of potato glycoalkaloids and aloe anthraquinones and their combined use of therapeutic effect on phlebitis.Methods The potato glycoalkaloids and aloe anthraquinones were extracted by ultrasonics and the extracts were mixed by a concentration of 1∶1 and formulated into a regent.Thirty-two Kunming mice were built by injection of 5-fluorouracil to establish a phlebitis model via the tail veins,and randomly divided into 4 groups,namely,a control group,a model group,a magnesium sulfate group,and a reagent group,with 8 mice in each group.The magnesium sulfate group and the reagent group were respectively compressed with 50%magnesium sulfate and the reagent,simultaneously,the control group and the model group were treated with an equal volume of normal saline,and the degree of swelling and morphology changes of tail were observed.Result Compared with the control group,the degree of tail swelling of the model group was increased significantly,and the vessel wall was thickening and inflammatory cells were accumulated,which were significantly alleviated by compressed the magnesium sulfate or the regent after administrated on the second and third days(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of potato glycoalkaloids and aloe anthraquinones can effectively reduce chemotherapy-induced phlebitis.
