电子商务专业创新创业人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents in E-commerce Specialty

现代服务业企业与电子商务融合发展,使得传统行业采用与互联网相结合的方式经营,大力推动了网络经济的发展。电子商务人才培养要符合企业和社会需求,时代的需求引领了电子商务专业创新创业人才的培养方向。通过对大学生、企业和高校调研,分析企业电子商务职业能力需求和人才培养的现状,提出电子商务专业创新创业人才培养方向的改革思路,探索按照行业需求培养人才的路径。要进一步促进优化学生能力结构的均衡发展、拓宽就业渠道、提高创新创业能力,才能不断地满足经济发展的需求。

The integration of modern service enterprises and e-commerce,and the combination of traditional industries and the Internet have greatly promoted the development of network economy.The training of e-commerce talents should meet the needs of enterprises and society.The demand of the times leads the training direction of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of e-commerce specialty.Through the investigation of college students,enterprises and universities,this paper analyzes the current situation of the vocational ability demand and personnel training of e-commerce in enterprises,puts forward the reform ideas of the training direction of innovative and entrepreneurship talents in e-commerce specialty,and explores the path of training talents according to the needs of the industry.We should further promote the balanced development of optimizing students’ability structure,broaden employment channels and improve the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship so as to continuously meet the needs of economic development.
