摘要
为了提高卷烟生产排程集成控制能力,提出基于APS的卷烟生产排程集成优化方法。基于APS构建多数学模型,以分析卷烟生产排程的优化模式。利用Lyapunov函数使该卷烟生产排程的生产线系统处于平衡状态,并卷烟生产的约束参量模型,根据约束参量模型得到多模控制状态方程。通过分析卷烟的控制状态,完成集成控制的参量稳态调节,实现卷烟生产排程集成优化。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行卷烟生产排程集成优化控制的自适应性较好,稳态控制能力较强,具有很好的卷烟生产排程集成控制和流程管控能力。
In order to improve the integrated control ability of cigarette production scheduling,an integrated optimization method of cigarette production schedulingbased on APS is proposed.Based on APS,a multi-mathematical model is constructed to analyze the optimization mode of cigarette production scheduling.A Lyapunov function is used to make the production line system of cigarette production schedule in equilibrium state,and the constraint parameter model of cigarette production is used to obtain the multi-mode control state equation accordingto the constraint parameter model.By analyzingthe control state of cigarette,the steady state adjustment of integrated control parameters is completed,and the integrated optimization of cigarette production schedulingis realized.The simulation results show that the method is adaptive to the integrated optimal control of cigarette production scheduling.It has good performance,strongsteady-state control ability,good cigarette production scheduling,and has control and process control ability.
