经典名方指导下祖卡木颗粒现状分析及发展策略思考

Analysis of the Status Quo and Thoughts of Development Strategies of Zukamu Granules Based on Ancient Classical Prescriptions

维药祖卡木颗粒应用历史悠久,临床疗效优良,临床价值突出。基于药化、药理等学科的基础研究,祖卡木颗粒科学价值得到进一步开发和利用。但目前尚缺乏对其药物组合蕴含的深厚维医药理论价值的挖掘研究。本文基于经典名方开发“三维度四重点”的整体战略布局,从临床研究、基础研究、理论研究3个维度分析祖卡木颗粒的发展现状及存在问题,并借鉴其先进的研究思路和战略,从疗效、质量、机理和理论4个方面,重点对祖卡木颗粒的现代化研究策略进行思考,为祖卡木颗粒的后续研究提供思路。

Uygur medicine Zukamu Granules have a long history of application,with excellent clinical efficacy and outstanding clinical value.Basic research based on pharmacology has enabled the scientific value of Zukamu Granules to be developed and utilized.However,there is still no research on the deep dimensional medical theoretical value of its medicinal combination.This article analyzed the development status and existing problems of Zukamu Granules from the three dimensions of clinical research,basic research,and theoretical research based on the overall strategic layout of“three dimensions of three foci”and four points of ancient classical prescriptions;referring to the advanced research ideas and strategies,it focused on the thoughts of modern research strategies of Zukamu Granules from the aspects of efficacy,quality,mechanism and theory,in order to provides ideas for the subsequent research of Zukamu Granules.
