TCM master LüShaoguang has been clinically treated with TCM for more than 50 years.He is good at treating gynecological endocrine diseases,especially has unique experience in infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.His clinical medication for infertility emphasized yin-yang balance,qi-blood harmony,and cold-heat balance,with obvious efficacy.This article summarized LüShaoguang’s clinical experience in treating infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome from the following 5 aspects:regulating meridians as the priority,combination of disease and syndrome,constitution differentiation,integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and co-governance of husband and wife.
