以积极心理学理论为指导的护理干预对精神分裂症患者康复及社会功能的影响研究

Study on Effect of Nursing Intervention Guided by Positive Psychology Theory on Rehabilitation and Social Function of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨以积极心理学理论为指导的护理干预对精神分裂症患者康复及社会功能的影响。方法选择我院精神科收治的精神分裂症患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,均采取系统的抗精神病药物治疗及护理,对照组实施常规的心理护理,观察组给予积极心理学理论为指导的护理干预。分别于入院时、出院后1个月、3个月对患者的康复效果及社会功能进行评价。结果两组患者出院后1个月、3个月PANSS各因子得分及总分均较入院时明显降低(p<0.05);出院后3个月观察组PANSS各因子得分和总分明显低于对照组(p<0.05或p<0.01)。观察组出院后1个月、3个月HEIQ问卷总均分均明显高于入院时(p<0.05),且较对照组明显提高(p<0.01);两组SDSS量表总分均明显低于入院时,且观察组SDSS量表总分明显低于对照组(p<0.01)。结论以积极心理学理论为指导的护理干预能在一定程度上提高精神分裂症患者的康复效果,同时对提高精神分裂症患者的社会适应能力和社会功能具有重要价值。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention guided by positive psychology theory on the rehabilitation and social function of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Patients with schizophrenia admitted to the psychiatric department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Both were treated with systematic antipsychotic medication and nursing.The control group received routine psychological care,and the observation group was given nursing intervention guided by positive psychology theory.The rehabilitation effect and social function of the patients were evaluated at the time of admission,one month and three months after discharge.Results The PANSS factor scores and total scores of both groups of patients one month and three months after discharge were significantly lower than those at admission(p<0.05);the PANSS factor scores and total scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group three months after discharge(p<0.05 or p<0.01).The total average scores of the HEIQ questionnaire in the observation group one month and three months after discharge were significantly higher than that at admission(p<0.05),and were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.01).The total scores of the SDSS scale of the two groups were significantly lower than that at admission.In addition the total score of SDSS in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.01).Conclusion Nursing intervention guided by positive psychology theory can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with schizophrenia to a certain extent.At the same time,it has important value in improving the social adaptability and social function of patients with schizophrenia.
