金属冶炼厂谐波抑制与无功补偿方法 被引量:5

摘要 针对当前金属冶炼厂的中频冶炼炉严重的谐波污染问题,通过实测获得金属冶炼厂的谐波负荷特性,进而提出"低压侧设置自动投切单调谐无源滤波器+高压侧串滤波电感"的综合治理方案,在低压侧自动投切的单调谐无源滤波器只设置1条支路。该综合治理方案已在某35 kV金属冶炼厂获得实际工程应用。结果表明,该方案谐波抑制效果良好,电网电压谐波完全满足GB/T 14549—1993《电能质量公用电网谐波》要求,电流谐波大幅减少。单条支路完全能够满足中频炉动态无功补偿的需求。 In view of serious harmonic pollution issue of intermediate frequency smelting furnace at present metal smelting factory,the harmonic load characteristic of metal smelting factory is obtained by the actual measurement,and acomprehensive treatment plan of single tuned passive filter at low voltage side and series filter inductance at high voltage side is proposed further.Only one branch is set in the auto-switching single tuned passive filter at low voltage side.This comprehensive treatment plan has been applied at one 35 kV metal smelting factory.It is shown by the result that the harmonic suppression result of the plan is very good and the network voltage harmonics fully complies with requirement of GB/T 14549—1993 Power quality—Harmonics in public supply network,the harmonic current also has been reduced significantly.And the single branch can meet the requirement of dynamic reactive power compensation of intermediate frequency furnace.
