摘要
针对12500 kVA硅铁炉生产过程中出现短网侧补偿装置停机,造成生产减产、消耗电量增加等问题。本文提出一种基于西门子PLC为主控单元的无功补偿系统,通过研究补偿装置的输出容量计算,分析控制系统设计原理以及主回路电路设计,大胆使用真空接触器配合串联电抗器结构,避免了接触器触头粘连现象,控制柜体采用不锈钢材质,达到抗干扰的效果。投入实际运行后,系统稳定可靠,证明了该产品设计方案的有效性,达到客户要求,具有广阔的应用前景。
In view of such problem as shutdown of compensation device at the short network side during the production of 12500 kVA ferrosilicon furnace,causing production reduction and power consumption increase,in this paper,a kind of a reactive power compensation control system based on Siemens PLC as the main control unit is proposed,the structure of vacuum contactor with series reactor is used by way of studying output power c alculation of the compensation device,analysis of design principle analysis of control system and main circuit so to avoid the phenomenon of contactoradhesions.The stainless steel material for the cubical panel is adopted so to achieve the anti-jamming effect.The system is stable and reliable after actual operation,proving the effectiveness of the design scheme of the product,reaching the customer’s requirement and having wide application prospects.
